Really looking forward to our film evening on Sunday 23rd March – should be a great evening! It’s great that the Curzon is keen to hold community events like this, so hope to see you there.
Join us for a pie and a pint beforehand (first-come first-served for the pies, beer from the local Twisted Oak Brewery, doors open 6pm), and there’ll be a number of stalls including Avon Wildlife Trust and YABeeP (Yatton Area Bee Project) so you’ll be able to meet people who are actively caring for bees and bee habitats.
The film starts at 7.30, and there’ll be a discussion afterwards if you’d like to stay.
We also have lots of bee-friendly seeds given to us by the Organic Gardening Catalogue that we’ll be giving out.
We’ll be promoting the film at the Farmers’ Market on 22nd March in the morning, if you’d like to come and talk to us about it.
And in case you’re interested in finding out more about bees beforehand, and what you can do to encourage their survival, the following websites are full of information and advice:
